|
Manav Arora, an Indian National, is an Executive Director and Head of Indian Operations.
He is also one of the promoters. He obtained a Bachelors degree in Commerce(Hons.)
from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Delhi University in 2001 and a Post Graduate Diploma in
Business Management (PGDBM) from NDIM(New Delhi Institute of Management) in 2003.
Mr. Manav Arora has been deeply involved in conceptualization of the web business of
the company especially with respect to real estate and is instrumental in evolving
www.allrentdeals.com and www.allsaledeals.com which are India's first exclusive
property sites classifying rental and sale purchase transaction business.
Mr. Arora holds a diverse set of experience starting his career with
Automartindia now known as FirstChoice( A Mahindra, HDFC and Sah and Sanghi Venture)
and prior to promoting Acro Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. in 2004 he was working with
Standard Chartered Bank.He also served as Regional Manager-North India in REBI
(Real Estate Bank India) from 2007-08. He also holds keen interest in the subject
of Indian Income Tax and has been a visiting faculty for the subject in Delhi
University colleges for academic year 2004-05.

| Vivek Tyagi |

Mr. Vivek Tyagi, an Indian national, is our Vice President - Business Development.
He obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.)degree in History from University of Delhi
and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from ENPC School of
International Management, Paris.France.Prior to joining us, Mr.Tyagi has had a wide
range of experience in sales and marketing with organizations like HSBC Limited,
Essar Oil Limited (EOL),Indiabulls Financial Services Limited (IFSL) and Real Estate
Bank India(REBI).With HSBC and Indiabulls, he was handling retail sales and channel
management in Assets division. His main forte lies in business development,
where he has sold and set up many Franchises for Essar Oil Limited and REBI in India.
His last assignment was with RE/MAX India as AVP-Franchise Sales (Pan India).
He is one of the founder members and looks after sales, marketing, product and other
operations at allrentdeals.com and allsaledeals.com.

Mr. Rohit Vij, an Indian national, is our Vice President - Business Development. He
obtained a Bachelors degree in Commerce(Hons.) from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College,
Delhi University in 2001 and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management
(PGDBM) from NDIM(New Delhi Institute of Management) in 2003.
Prior to joining us, Mr.Vij has had a wide range of experience in corporate sales with
organizations like ADI Media, India Today Group and ITP Publishing Group In his
last assignment with the ITP Publishing Group as Regional Head-North India, he was
responsible for advertising sales revenue and business development of the group’s global
titles in North India. He is one of the founder members and looks after sales, marketing,
